Greg and Sharon have set out to create an unparalleled environment of music education. Focusing on a "hands on" approach, they strive to develop every student based on their individual needs. This is only possible through direct and constant communication with the students, the families, and all of the instructors. The company is more like a family than a business to the Gould's and nothing is more important than a positive, well run-working environment where everyone feels appreciated for their contributions. Fostering and developing every instructor's talents is the main way that they are able to help every instructor do the same for their students.

Tad Melton

Director of Operations - Cleveland

Tad has been playing guitar for 16 years and began taking private lessons 12 years ago and began studying technique, improvisation and music reading. Tad has five years of experience teaching the guitar and four years teaching experience as a lifeguard instructor and swim instructor for eighteen-month-old children to adults.

As the Director of Operations in Cleveland & Pittsburgh, Tad performs a variety of functions including but not limited; program development, client consultations, material research, entertainment coordination, and guitar assessments.

Tad has been performing in the Cleveland and Columbus music scene for 9 years. He currently plays in the Cleveland cover band "Hat trick", which plays pop, rock, alternative rock, hip hop, country and funk.
